You will receive a detailed Comparative Analysis of what has sold in the community similar to your house, what is on the market and what similar properties have expired in the last 180 days. |

The Comparative Analysis will give you pricing options. Your agent will provide expert opinion as to the pricing options. Pricing may depend on the status of the market. Is the market saturated with similar properties and what is the demand for your property type? Your decision on pricing can be aggressive. This means pricing the property to maximize the potential of sale within the first 30 days. Or, you may be conservative and price the property somewhat above the market price in the hope that someone will fall in love with the property and price is only a minor consideration. |
