IBN Relocation Service is NEW, our Values are the traditional values
of the Independent REALTOR. We insist that membership consists of professional
REALTOR firms with the commitment to meet the relocation needs of your
clients and customers.
The
residential real estate brokerage industry is in transition. Networking
will be the focus of the industry in the next decade. Success in the
industry demands participation either in a franchise organization or
the Independent Brokers Network and IBN Relocation Service. We believe

IBN Relocation Service Simplifies the Referral Process while providing
an Additional Income Stream for your company.
Step 1 Complete the referral page on the IBN Relocation web site
for a client relocating to a new area.
Step 2 IBN receives referral and e-mails reffering IBN Relocation
member.
Step 3 IBN submits commission referral form to both members for
signature.
Step 4 Client purchases home through referred member. Reffered
member submits IBN referral fee. Referral fee is paid minus the IBN
referral charge to the Referring member.
Relocation
Service membership will increase your exclusive listing portfolio. Sellers
of exclusive property recognize the value of relocation services and
